Conducts monthly committee meeting to help plan program. Ensures that committee members give adequate support for running the program to support the Cubmaster and Den Leaders. Helps recruit additional leaders as needed.
Maintains Pack financials and provides treasurer reports to monthly committee meeting.

Coordinates the annual camp card fundraiser by attending Council kickoff events, setting up show and sell events, ordering cards for the unit and organizing the check-in/check-out process.
Purchase awards at the Scout Store each month, organize the awards and bring them to the monthly pack meetings.
Assist Cubmasters with communications, email/text messaging in Scoutbook or other tools, social media, etc.
Ensure a safe program by becoming an expert on Youth Protection Training, Scouting Barriers to Abuse and the Guide to Safe Scouting. Talk to parents and youth about the importance of these measures.
Help organize, collect and distribute used Class A uniforms.
